Fall Fun at Dollywood
Reagan and I headed out for a long weekend with my Aunt Becky, Grandma, and two of my great-aunts (Darlene and Helen) this past Saturday and came back late Tuesday night. We had a wonderful time in the mountains, however, I came back feeling like I need another vacation just to relax. There is always so much to see and do, and not enough time to do it! We spent Sunday and Monday at Dollywood, and then Monday night drove to Asheville and spent the night. On Tuesday morning, we all headed over to Maggie Valley and spent most of the day there.

Spoiled rotten!
Reagan, Weston and I tagged along with Nana and Pa to meet Angie and the girls at Cracker Barrell for dinner a couple of weeks ago. All 4 kids just "had to have" a new Webkinz while we were there, so Pa just had to get them one! I think they have all figured out who to go to if they want something... PA!
Nana and Angie were doing some shopping in the store after dinner and the kids were getting very restless (namely Reagan!) while we were waiting outside for them to finish. Pa came up with the idea to make a "mask" out of their Webkinz bags, and oh boy, did the fun begin! There was a family inside the dining room eating that had tears rolling from looking outside and laughing at these silly kids!

Soccer, soccer, soccer
is the word around our house lately! Reagan is thoroughly enjoying his first year of soccer. The three days a week of practice and games are wearing me out a little, but I will be sad too when the season comes to a close. Reagan's team is comprised of 4-6 year olds. Reagan is one of the youngest on the team, and while he may not be the best, his heart is in it for sure!

Crepe Myrtle Festival
The big shindig otherwise known as the annual Crepe Myrtle Festival was on Saturday. Somer came down with her niece and nephew, and Mama and Grandma also joined Reagan and I.
Reagan hanging out with his old buddy BB the Clown! Ya'll remember him from Reagan's 2nd Birthday?

Enjoying a watermelon snow cone! Guess who finished it once he was done? Let's just say that his Mama was glad they made it so big!

See that cute baby in the wagon with Reagan? That's Somer's nephew Peyton... he is one awesome baby! He was so happy-go-lucky! Somer's niece Taylor is also in the picture. Reagan was tickled to death to have someone to play with once we returned home, and Somer and I were glad too... we got to watch the Fantasia Barrino story on Lifetime as opposed to watching Noggin!

After we were finished at the festival, we all walked down to the Mexican Restaurant to cool off and eat a late lunch. It was just what we needed to get the energy to walk the few blocks back to my house!

Cupkakes with Pa
Campbell Football
Reagan, Nana, Angie, Bootsie, Peyton and I met Jon, Lee and Jeffrey at the brand new Campbell football stadium for their first game on Saturday. Jon, Lee and Jeffrey were already there, and had been there since morning doing some work. I would like to say that I loved it, but it was so HOT! that I spent most of the game trying to figure out how to get the most amount of breeze out of my program-turned-fan! Hopefully the next game will be much cooler!

Welcome, Sweet Lilly

A whole lot of catching up
Don't give up on me... I'm still here! Reagan is spending the night with his Aunt Becky tonight, so I'm going to take the chance to do some quick updating while I have the chance (and quiet!) Sorry that I haven't included pictures this time, but it's already 11:30 at night and a girl has to have her beauty sleep! ;)
Most excitingly, Jamie will be induced on Friday morning, so by Friday evening Jon and I will have a brand new niece to spoil, and squeeze and love! Her name will be Lilly, and I think it's a beautiful name for a sweet, baby girl!
We have enrolled Reagan in soccer this fall. I am sure that there will be many entertaining tales, pictures and videos to follow! Jon and Reagan have been practicing in the backyard (everyone should try using their bushes as goals!), and have already bought the obligatory cleats and shinguards. It amazes me that the time for sports has arrived so quickly!
This Saturday, we three, along with Nana, Angie, Mike and the girls will attend the first Campbell football game! Even I'm excited, and ya'll know that I'd normally rather watch the grass grow than watch sports. Saturday is also our anniversary, so who knows, maybe we'll be all romantic and wear matching orange shirts or something!
I'll keep you posted!

Our Weekend Recapped (with lots and lots of pictures!)
The three of us packed into the truck and headed back to the beach when we got off work Friday night. We met Nana, Angie and the girls for one relaxing, enjoyable weekend!
Reagan and Tori working hard to bury sweet Emily in the sand...

Reagan the beach bum... I think he could live there happily!

Don't let these sweet faces fool you! Angie and I were up until 3 am Friday night with these "sweeties!"

I would have stayed up until 4 am for this, though! (I love Aunt Delia / I love Uncle Jon)

Wake up, Daddy! We've got to get to the beach!

Emily doing one of her many jumps! She wanted me to snap a picture of her mid-air, but this was the best I could get.

Tori-Beth floating around...

Reagan and his noodle-horse named Bullseye. He straddled this noodle and floated all around the pool, pretending he was riding his pet horse. If you look real hard towards his feet, you will notice he has on bright red Crocs while swimming. He definately has a mind of his own!

Ready to ride the train up to the top of the Putt-Putt mountain!

And one last one!

Back From the Beach :(
Jon, Marty, Reagan and I packed up and headed to the beach again last Friday after work, and my cousin Amanda met us at the beach house. The weather was a bit strange on Saturday (would rain for 30 minutes, then clear up for 30 minutes... all day long!) due to the tropical storm out in the ocean, but it didn't stop us from having a good time! Sunday's weather was absolutely gorgeous and once again, we didn't leave the beach until 6:00, which made Monday morning a bit tough, but was worth it!

The best kind of dentist!
Reagan finished up his third dentist visit today and I seriously think that he has one very awesome dentist! After Reagan's cleaning and exam, Dr. Horwitz gave him a ticket to go to the Edy's icecream truck that he had parked right outside of his office door! Now that's our kind of dentist!!
If you read this blog, and your child does not have a dentist or you are looking for a great one, I can't say enough about Dr. Horwitz at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. Wonder if they'll give us a discount for advertising for them??

4th of July Weekend at the Beach
Reagan, Blake, Kaylee and I drove down to Ocean Isle to join our GG at her beach house for the long weekend. My Mom joined us on Saturday. We had a great time playing at the beach, watching fireworks in our pajamas on the front porch, riding the ferry over to the aquarium, and searching the beach (and water) for lots of "treasures" (my Mom and Grandma did find three big, unbroken conch shells!) We were having so much fun it was hard to leave the beach behind - Reagan and I didn't get home until after 9:00 Sunday night! We're already looking at the calendar today trying to figure out when we can squeeze our next trip in!
Reagan and GG patiently waiting to ride the ferry over to the aquarium. We had to wait almost 2 hours!

Blake didn't do a bad job taking mine and Reagan's picture! Maybe he's going to love taking pictures as much as his Aunt Delia?

The 3 monkeys searching for sharks, jellyfish and whales. They were sadly disappointed when they saw none of the above.

Nemo!

Really, I could've just put this whole tank in my car. All of these fish were so pretty!

Reagan practicing "R's" in the sand.

Kaylee Brooke having fun!

Mama cracking up at something.
